Occasionally, TDH Media finds itself on the other side of the camera, so to speak. Below are some of our 2009 weddings which attracted additional publicity.

Nadene and John Gray
You know you’re attending a proper London wedding when Chas and Dave do the entertainment.

Nadene Leeds, 35, a doctor’s PA, and John Gray, 39, an artist, wanted a quintessential city wedding, so apart from booking a Routemaster and a 70s black cab as transport, they booked the cheeky duo as a surprise for guests.

Nadene says: “People came up to me and kept asking if Chas and Dave were playing. I fobbed them off but wondered how they guessed – in the end we found out their drum kit had been left lying about which had ‘Chas and Dave’ emblazoned on it!” The London Paper - View full story

Richard and Carly Sinden - Your Kent Wedding, Wedding of the year Finalist 2009

“The best thing about married life is... everything! We absolutely love being married. Richard told me he was going to marry me the night we met. It was love at first sight and I?m so proud that we are now married and have a wonderful life together to look forward to.

Our first anniversary... will involve a blessing in our local church with our close family and friends - any excuse to celebrate again. I'm sure Richard will also have something up his sleeve; he's such a romantic.” Your Kent Wedding - View full story

Tracey King and John Gager - Four Weddings Living TV

Living TV - View full story

Not many of us will have failed to notice the last series of Four Weddings on Living TV, but just in case it did slip under your radar, the premise of the story is this: Each week, four different brides attend each other's weddings, awarding each other points for parts of their wedding days, such as the venue, dress and food. The bride and groom whose wedding gets the most points win a luxury, all-expenses-paid honeymoon. Competetive stuff! In this instance, Tracey King (pictured here with her fellow competitors) married John Gager on Hallowe'en, at their suitably themed wedding. The show will air on Living TV in early Spring 2010. We wish Tracey and John the best of luck.
