Do you require
a deposit?
A non-refundable £100 deposit will confirm any booking. A receipt will be sent to you confirming the booking, wedding date and remainder to pay.
When is the balance due?
On the wedding day in the form of a cheque (it is a good idea to give it to your Best Man to pass on).
Will you follow a list of requested shots?
Of course. TDH media appreciates that some clients wish to be guided throughout their day, while others have very definite plans and expectations. Individuality is what we are all about.
Are we expected to provide you with any food and drink?
Not at all. You have enough to pay for!
What do you wear on the day?
A smart suit, shirt, tie and shoes.
What is a video licence for?
The clergy requires it for Copyright of the hymns, choir and organist. It is obtained by you from your church.
How soon after the wedding will my DVDs be finished?
We aim to have a copy awaiting your approval by the day you arrive back from your honeymoon, usually two weeks after your wedding. During peak season, this may occasionally extend to three-four weeks, but never any longer.
Can we choose the music for the video?
We'd prefer not have it any other way. It is a must for that personal touch!
What is your cancellation/postponement policy?
We try not to complicate things, but if your wedding is cancelled/postponed within 3 months of the date, we will require 50% of the full fee, and 100% if it is within 1 month.
By which methods do you accept payment?
Cheques and cash.
May I have the master tapes after the DVD is complete?
Yes you may. But we do not make duplicates, so if you were to lose or damage them, there would be no possibility of any replacement.
Do you record, edit and supply in HD?
Yes, yes, yes!
Are you insured?
We are; we have full Public and Professional Indemnity insurance up to £1,000,000.
How safe are my digital files?
The moment we finish filming and shooting your wedding, everything is backed up twice over,
once on Raid storage system and again on an optical disk.
Can I purchase additional copies of my DVD?
Extra copies of your DVD can be purchased for £10 each at any time after your wedding.
