Below is a list of the questions we are
most commonly
asked. Please feel free to get
in touch if you
have any further enquiries.
Do you require a deposit? How much?
A non-refundable £100 desposit will confirm
any booking. A receipt will be sent to you confirming
the booking, wedding date and remainder to pay.
Will you follow a list of requested shots?
Of course, that is what TDH media is all about.
Are we expected to provide you with any food and drink?
Not at all. You have enough to pay for!
What do you wear on the day?
A smart suit, shirt, tie and shoes.
How soon after the wedding will the editing be finished?
We aim to have a copy awaiting your approval in
your postbox by the day you arrive back from your
honeymoon, usually two weeks after your wedding.
During peak season, this may occasionally extend
to three weeks, but never any longer.
Can we choose the music for the video?
We'd prefer not have it any other way. It is
a must for that personal touch!
What is your cancellation/postponement policy?
We don't operate one. We put as much trust in you
guys as you do in us.
When is the balance due?
On the Wedding Day in the form of a cheque (it is
a good idea to give it to your Best Man to pass
on).
By which methods do you accept payment?
Cheques only.
May I have the master tapes after the
DVD is complete?
Yes you may. But we do not make duplicates, so if
you were to lose or damage them, there would be no
possibility of any replacement.
Do you record, edit and supply in HD?
Not yet. Mainly for the reason of cost. This is new
technology
in the area of recordable media. Each HD/DVD or Blu-ray
DVD costs around £25-£35. This cost,
of course, must be absorbed by the customer, which
could add around a further £300 to
the final cost of a package. We hope to be fully-HD
by the end of 2008, when costs should have lessened
comparatively.
